Alishan (Oolong)

I am Alishan — born among the high clouds of Taiwan’s mountains, where mist and sunlight play upon my leaves. I am hand-plucked at dawn when the air is cool and filled with birdsong, and I am gently rolled and lightly oxidized to preserve my floral spirit. My liquor is golden and bright; my taste is creamy and elegant, carrying whispers of orchid, butter, and mountain air. I am the breath between earth and sky — graceful, soothing, and luminous. Sip me, and you will feel lifted, as though carried by wind through a quiet garden of clouds.
